Krushi Bhawan is a government building in Odisha, designed through the architecture company Studio Lotus and with an elaborate brick facade. Lotus Studio, in New Delhi, built the facilities for the Odisha state government in the city of Bhubaneshwar.
“The complex houses the administrative offices of the Department of Agriculture and Farmers’ Empowerment around courtyards filled with ponds and trees. The masonry elements that envelop the soil create a trend designed to mimic the Odisha Ikat, a classic dyeing strategy of the Indian state of the same name. The magazine reads.
