The improvements for 2021 come with increased availability of the Bayside Blue external color, which was once reserved for the GT-R Anniversary Limited Edition 2020, for the GT-R Premium model.

The legendary functionality of the GT-R Premium 2021 is based on a 3.8-liter dual-turbo VR38DETT V6 engine assembled by hand with 565 horsepower and 467 pound-feet of torque. A titanium exhaust formula is standard. The subtle propulsion system is supported by a 6-speed sequential transmission with complex paddles, which can be decided through the driving force to move at speeds similar to those of a racing car. All Nissan GT-R 2021s are built on an exclusive Midship Premium platform, allowing the use of the unique all-wheel drive formula ATTESA E-TS independent rear case.
In addition to the GT-R Premium 2021’s dynamic external stylus, the interior includes a front seat designed for advanced comfort and performance, popular leather accessories and NissanConnect®, NissanConnect® SiriusXM® (SiriusXM subscription required®, sold separately), Nissan Navigation System and Apple CarPlay®.
The GT-R NISMO 2021 stands out from the GT-R Premium style with car carbon fiber parts, adding front and rear bumpers, front spoilers, hood, roof, storage caps, trunk and rear spoiler.
The GT-R NISMO’s 3.8-liter VR38DETT twin-engine V6 remains the core of the GT-R transmission and develops six hundred horsepower and a torque of 481 lb-ft2. Each is made at home through its own takumi technician. The GT-R NISMO features a unique turbocharger design of the GT-R GT3 racing car, with a changed turbine shape and fewer blades (than previous 2020 models).
