Nikola Tesla sought to bring to her mother a glass of water the last words?

For years, the last alleged words of the Serbian-American Inventor Nikola Tesla distributed online, claiming to reveal their newest mind before his death in January 1943. The appointment attributed to Tesla reads the glass of water.

An article on Facebook this event has compiled more than 44,000 reactions, and an Instagram post attracted more than 26,000 I like to write this article.

The complaint also has platforms such as X, Threads, Quora, Ifunny, 9gag and Tumblr. The most recent words of Tesla also won a flat on YouTube, with videos that present their alleged letters to their mother:

However, no demonstrable evidence justifies the authenticity of Tesla’s latest words. The complaint lacks old documents, file documentation or family sources. In addition, an outstanding expert in Tesla’s life showed that he had never made such a statement.

The complaint comes from a letter that Tesla would have written to her mother. However, the effects of Google studies in English and Serbian have shown that the appointment did not seem online before January 1, 2015 (see screenshot below):

An article in a Croatian blog in January 2015 said that “the first English translation of Nikola Tesla’s last letter. ” The alleged letter also presented in an article in English (archived) published in March 2015 through a half Telegraf. R.

The letter divided into five parts, written for five consecutive days, from November 18 to 22.

My mother coast, I feel unhappy and bleak when I think of you. I don’t know how, but I think you’re doing well. I would like to be by your side now, mother, to bring you a glass of water. All those years that had gone to the service of humanity only brought me insults and humiliations. This morning, I woke up early, just before dawn, because I had heard everything I heard through my dreams for some time. I heard this voice that sang lovely songs, lamentation or even prayer in Moors. When I returned to my senses, I learned that this voice came here from everywhere and that it was very unlikely to discover if it was from the inside. I’m afraid of losing my head. I can’t trust Dr. Lionel because I no longer accept as true with him. I heard that I had visited Mr. Edison two weeks ago.

However, article Telegraf. Rs included a warning: “Important: the authenticity of this letter has never been shown to those who have been shown . . . “

Telegraf. RS Atriyeted the source of the letter to “TV best”, but there are no verifiable data on this online source. Another 2015 article also reported that the source may have been missing now, tvbest. rs.

In March 2015, Telegraf. Rs published a correction in Serbio, stating: “The letter that circulates in the last letter from Tesla to his mother”, referring to an article published through the online page of the verification of Serbs Serbs of falsification.

We contacted Telegraf. Rs to get a comment and update this article if an answer or when it was an answer.

In October 2024, a Serbian Organization for Verification of FakeNews Tragač, a signer of the International Network for Verification of the Facts (IFCN), an article entitled “The farewell letter of Tesla to her mother” is, in fact, in fact, in fact, in fact, An aggregate of “illegalities. ”

The organization under the pressure that “the content of the letter is composed of many illegalities that directly refute its meaning and credibility”, concluding that the letter was not authentic. For example, the letter was dated in November, but referred to the April events, creating chronological inconsistencies. In addition, the letter reported that Tesla was in the United States at that time, but the old archives imply that the time in Paris was in Paris.

In addition, the Nikola Tesla de Belgrade Museum showed Fakenews Tragač that the alleged letter had “anything to do with Tesla. ”

Milica Kesler, archivist of the Nikola Tesla Museum, told us by email that: “What we know about Tesla’s death time comes from her nephew Sava Kosanović, Charlotte Muzar and Kenneth Swezeyarray

Kesler also added that “the notes with mathematical calculations were discovered in his nightstand, so he is destined to be the last thing he did,” emphasizing that “Tesla’s mother, Djuka, died in 1892, that is, 50 years before. ” .

“Several arbitrary and romantic stories circulate on the Internet, but unfortunately, the maximum of them are very precise,” he concluded.

Fakenews Tragač reported that the alleged letter had given the impression for the first time in 2006 on the Kozarac. BA website, committed to a city in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The 2006 article said Preorod, an “Islamic Information Magazine”, as a source.

The Kozarac. Ba Facebook page administrators told us that “they shared this text in the Praetorod some time ago, hoping to know more about this thanks to the comments,” and added that “they have no more confirmation on this subject “

They also pointed out that “we had read this text in other Internet sites even before our message, and our message is not the oldest (now it can be the oldest because there are no other links). “

Finally, Marc Seifer, an expert in the life and time of Nikola Tesla and the electronic book “Magician: the life and times of Nikola Tesla,” he told us by email that “Tesla did not say that. ” He also added that “this passage was discussed with several experts in Tesla and that we are all sure that Tesla never said. “

In December 2024, we investigated statements that Tesla said one day: “You can live to see synthetic horrors beyond your understanding. “
