News Ticker has appointed Kane Daniel Ricca, former chief marketing officer of London’s LAB group, as head of global marketing.

The announcement:

The Ticker Company appoints Kane Daniel Ricca as Chief Global Marketing Officer.

Kane’s previous roles include group chief marketing officer for London-based holding company LAB Group, with accounts including NEOM, Coty and JP Morgan, director of Rainmaking Venture Studio, where he led client research for Coca-Cola.

Kane left his own firm after 8 years, with a consumer list that included Qatar Airways, Moncler, Adidas Originals and Formula 1.

In this newly created role, Kane will lead and coordinate the global communications strategy selling The Ticker Company and its representative sub-logos, outbound logo marketing, paid procurement, public relations, partnerships and events.

Kane will report to founder and CEO Ahron Young and will soon recruit more employees to bolster the marketing team.

Commenting on Kane’s appointment, Ahron said: “Kane brings an unparalleled intensity of experience and visionary technique to our team at Ticker. Their track record of good luck with prestigious brands and cutting-edge methods will elevate our global marketing efforts to new heights. We are very happy to welcome you on board.

When asked what to expect from Kane’s tenure as global chief marketing officer, he replied: “When the opportunity arises to innovate in a declining industry, figuring out ‘what’s next’ is a challenging but incredibly rewarding experience. Ticker has a reputation for being the logo of progressive media. I am thrilled to join the company at a pivotal time in its journey and look to the future to strengthen appointments with our audience and customers. “
