Improved performance from upgraded supercharged HEMI V-8At the heart of the new Drag Pak is the latest evolution of the supercharged 354-cubic-inch Gen-III HEMI V-8 engine, based on the same power plant that won the 2018 NHRA Factory Stock Showdown (FSS) and NMCA Factory Supercar championships.
Many upgrades come with a brand new 3.0-liter Whipple double screw compressor, improved forged internals, a new front accessory transmission and an aluminum ice tank made new with a transparent cover that cools the compressor intercooler.fully validated through Mopar engineers on the test bench as well as on the drag belt, and is approved for NHRA FSS and NMCA classes.
A serialized, red and chrome Drag Pak badge sits atop the machined aluminum compressor cover. Also under the aluminum hood, enthusiasts will see a nod to the old Cuda and Challenger models from 1970 to 1974, with a special bracket for Red and chrome radiator “fender tag” adorned with the Challenger silhouette, indicating the serial number, vehicle code, bridge report and engine designation, all on the Drag Pak.
The newly designed suspension provides an edge in the competition The all-new four-arm rear suspension is designed to launch hard, temporarily decimate 60-foot laps and stay planted for the entire quarter mile.A new geometry configuration with longer arms increases the life of the rear swingarm, allowing for greater anti-squat and greater stability.It also incorporates a fork for the side (replacing a Panhard bar in previous models) and a larger diameter anti-roll bar (250% stiffer than previous models).
At the front, a single K-shaped Mopar detail props up the front suspension, with built-in forged motor aids and a cut to remove the oil crankcase with ease.The new surprise shock absorbers move in weight and frame position for hard shots, while absorbing track bumps and ripples at maximum speed on the track. Surprise shock absorbers have 10 positions (front and rear) for a simple compression adjustment and rebound damping, allowing riders to adapt to various track situations by simply turning the color-coded buttons.
Strange Engineering Pro Series II’s front and rear race brakes provide wonderful braking force after the baseline, with minimal losses due to brake resistance on the road.

Improved functionality and protection with the certified protective cage The new Drag Pak includes a new protective cage with the logo manufactured to the SFI 25.5C specification (NHRA 7.50 second ET certified) not only to manage the strict protection needs of factory inventory runs, but also functionality.
The NHRA certified protective cage is constructed of chromoly 4130 tubes and is fully welded to the TIG, ensuring greater protection and integrity. The cage is fully incorporated into the factory monohed through clamping problems in the front and rear surprise towers, B brackets, vehicle floor and storage panels. This technique incorporated into the chassis is the result of Mopar’s participation in other categories of endurance races over the years, as well as the rigorous protection technique required through NHRA. The chassis is designed to paint in mixture with the rear.channeling suspension arm forces and coilover surprises into the protective cage, compared to rack panels. Increased stiffness makes the new Drag Pak more sensitive to adjustment changes, allowing riders to extract more functionality in the quarter mile.

The board features a carbon fiber bezel with 3 main indicators: speed, braking effort and oil effort.It also includes a Holley EFI Digital board with a 7-inch color touchscreen with little glare so drivers can adjust and manage vehicle performance.
