Improved functionality with advanced supercharged HEMI V-8 At the center of the new Drag Pak is the latest evolution of the 354-inch supercharged HEMI Gen-III V-8 engine, in the same power plant that won the NHRA 2018 Showdown Championships (FSS) and NMCA Factory Supercar plant.
Many innovations come with a brand new 3.0-litre Whipple two-screw compressor, forward-step forged internal components, a new front accessory transmission, and a new aluminum ice tank made with a transparent lid that cools the compressor’s intermediate cooler.it has been fully validated through Mopar engineers on the control bench as well as on the drag track, and is approved for NHRA FSS and NMCA classes.

Improved functionality and protection with the certified protective cage The new Drag Pak includes a new protective cage with the logo manufactured to the SFI 25.5C specification (NHRA 7.50 second ET certified) to not only manage the strict protection needs of factory inventory runs, but also functionality.
The NHRA certified protective cage is constructed of chromoly 4130 tubes and is fully welded to the TIG, ensuring greater protection and integrity. The cage is fully incorporated into the factory monohed through clamping problems in the front and rear surprise towers, B brackets, vehicle floor and storage panels. This technique incorporated into the chassis is the result of Mopar’s participation in other categories of endurance races over the years, as well as the rigorous protection technique required through NHRA. The chassis is designed to paint in mixture with the rear.channeling suspension arm forces and coilover surprises into the protective cage, compared to frame panels.
