The 2021 Jeep Cherokee is a popular family crossover SUV. It borrows its rounded edges from its big brother, the Grand Cherokee.

The Cherokee has front-wheel drive, but all-wheel drive is optional on all models, and that’s what you’ll likely find at your Jeep dealership.

The Cherokee’s basic 2. 4-liter inline four-cylinder engine provides just 180 horsepower to carry its nearly two tons, which is rarely enough for quick acceleration.
