He was under the impression that he had suffered the injury a few minutes earlier when he finished a game 1 against Markieff Morris.

When he left the game, the Trail Blazers led 96-67 and lost in 20 problems (135-115). Playing 26 minutes, he finished with 11 problems and 4 assists in a game where Portland struggled to start from the start.
The team is now behind the most sensible conference, the Los Angeles Lakers, 3-1 in the series with the fifth game scheduled for Wednesday (9 p.m. ET).
After the game, Trail Blazers head coach Terry Stotts had no updates on Lillard and showed him that the All-Star had “injured his right knee and had an MRI.”
