Plans have been proposed for new cohabitation apartments in Exeter city centre. The proposal would see a vacant lot on Summerland Street converted into 164 separate cohousing apartments.
McLaren (Exeter) Limited’s plan was to convert the site of Summerland Street, between Verney Street and Red Lion Lane. Lately it includes Asian foods from Yonk and Sai Kung supermarket.
