“My three-year-old daughter controlled to get one in the laundry room and put it in her hands.
“I undressed and cleaned it, but we had to lose a very small amount.”
After knowing this, the circle of relatives went directly to their local A’s.
The mother continued: “We were admitted at night while treating the burn and will be considered outpatients for new dressings.
“Please be aware of those tablets. I knew they were posing a threat, but I imagine if they didn’t eat them if they had the liquid on their skin.”
“Such a small thing can cause so much pain,” he added.
Since then, an Aldi spokesperson commented on the incident, echoing the mother’s caution about gel tablets.
They told The Sun: “We urge parents to stay washing products before the children succeed, according to packaging commands.
“We wish Willow a recovery.”
