Minority security company fled town harassing Seattle protesters

SEATTLE – A Washington-based security company subsidized an agreement with the Seattle Department of Parks and Recreation after competitive protesters harassed guards and worried them about their safety.

The Seattle Police Department cleaned up Cal Anderson Park on Tuesday for the time being in a month.The park, which is a popular place for walking and education for residents, has been closed since June 30, while the city cleans up and maintains mastery of the wounded.caused by recent protests, according to the Seattle Times.

The park is located near the site of the former Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone and is used as a collection site for demonstrations and marches. Some protesters and others homeless set up a tent camp inside the park where others distribute pieces as food., bandages and insurrection equipment to protesters before protests began.

During Tuesday’s clean-up, police and city workers recovered weapons from the area, adding an ax, knives and spiked clubs. Officers also recovered makeshift shields and a live mortar, which had not yet been detonated.

Many shields had their fists raised in the front, a sign related to Antifa and Black Lives Matter.

The city signed a contract with a Jaguar Security company to patrol the park overnight from 8pm at 6am, 3 guards were expected to earn $85 an hour each, at a total charge of $3400 consistent with the night, the Daily Wire reported..

However, on Tuesday’s first night of security, one of the protesters located 3 security guards around the park to the point that the guards, who were armed, feared for their own safety.

The owner of Jaguar Security, who gave his name, told the Seattle Times that the protesters threatened the guards with “sticks and sticks,” made them shine lights in their eyes and shouted obscenities.The guards called the police before leaving the park.protesters.

“We have not issued any guidelines. We didn’t say we left the park.We didn’t get a chance,” said Jaguar Security owner, who is black.”They charge a contract to a minority-owned company …They charge their jobs to other people.”
