Affected vehicles: about 10600 Mercedes-Benz GLB250 SUV of the 2020 style year
The problem: the tailsail over the tailgate may not have been welded properly, which can also make parts of the vehicle nozzle indifferent and a danger on the road, increasing the threat of an accident.
The solution: Dealers will install the rear spoiler and update it, if necessary, free of charge.
What homeowners do: Mercedes-Benz will begin notifying homeowners on October 13. Owners can call the automaker at 800-367-6372, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s vehicle safety hotline at 888-327-4236 or scale their online page to find out their vehicle identification number and receive more information.
