McLaren Living has been chosen as the bidder for the £240 million Minster Quarter allocation in Reading.
It will supply 612 homes as well as a 100-bed hotel and 20,000 square feet of advertising area in partnership with Reading City Council.
The Minster Quarter win comes just weeks after McLaren Living revealed it will be redeveloping the adjacent Broad Street Mall to create a new mixed-use neighbourhood in Reading town centre.
