The McLaren 750S has been launched in India. The supercar is priced at Rs 5.91 crore (ex-showroom).

The 750S was introduced as a replacement for the 720S in April last year. While it looks similar, McLaren has made sophisticated adjustments to the exterior. The 750S has a redesigned front bumper with a larger splitter, fender vents, and a redesigned rear segment with an active spoiler and new exhaust.

Those familiar with the 720S will find the interior of the 750S similar. It has an infotainment formula with an 8-inch touchscreen in the center, which provides wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. The supercar also comes with a wireless charger, a 360-degree camera and an audio formula from Bowers and Wilkins.

But you don’t buy a 750S for its features, do you?McLaren modified the engine, resulting in superior overall power. The car also weighs 30 kg less than before.

At its center is a 4. 0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, which now produces 740 hp and 800 Nm. The engine is mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox, which sends power to the rear axle. McLaren claims a 0-100 km/h: time of 2. 8 seconds and a top speed of 331 km/h.
