Allison Barfield joined MotorBiscuit in 2020 and covers all things trucks, SUVs, and Jeeps. Growing up on a farm in Rock Hill, South Carolina, she’s no stranger to debates about “best-in-class” trucks and SUVs; People in her hometown were offered paintings on cars and naturally deliberation arose.
Allison has a bachelor’s degree in media arts from the University of South Carolina. She has helped raise awareness about issues facing the trucking industry and promoted Truckers Against Trafficking, an anti-trafficking NGO.
A fan of dark and artistic literature, Allison enjoys the works of Shirley Jackson and Emily Dickenson. He lives in a mountainous part of the country and enjoys off-roading and camping. Her dog, Bruce, joins her to check out trucks and SUVs for our site.
