Plans show the dealership would be just north of Mill Plain Boulevard and west of the planned southeast expansion of 139th Avenue at Landing in Vancouver.
The dealership is expected to sell and service Lexus vehicles. Holman currently operates Lexus of Seattle in Lynnwood, Kuni BMW in Beaverton, Ore., and Lexus of Portland.
Holman has had a corporate office in Vancouver since the automotive group bought Kuni Automotive in 2016. Kuni was based in Vancouver, with 14 dealerships in five states.
