You can’t be anonymous when driving a Lexus LC 500 coupe. I know: I spent a week in one in Los Angeles last year, and even in this car-tired city where $100,000 luxury supercars are provided in almost every car park, the LC 500 has caught the eye. Now Lexus has cut the most sensible version and created an edition in which you will hear other people talk about you and watch them watch. The Lexus LC 500 Convertible 2021 loses board but earns a few thousand dollars in relation to its sale price, and the company claims it is now on sale for $102,025 (all costs come with the destination).

As you can imagine, there are not many features to have such a high value. There’s a limited-edition Inspiration series style that will charge you $18800 more, with an exclusive structural blue paint, an Amalfi white leather interior, 21-inch wheels, a high-end Mark Levinson reference audio formula, a limited sliding Torsen differential with Yamaha Surprise Damper Functionality, a heated guide wheel upholstered in leather , a guide wheel with leather upholstery Formula Array the Climate Concierge, a defrosting of the windshield, carbon fiber cover plates on the door sifglass, special badges and even a set of two Zero Halliburton Pursuit Aluminium bags designed in particular for the car. The Touring Group includes leather seats, the Climate Concierge, a heated guide wheel, a windshield defogging, raised headrests and a Mark Levinson formula with a more moderate value of $5,290.
If you don’t need to verify large packages, you can also do some functions on a scale on a case-by-case basis. The wheel features are a 20-inch Dark Graphite style ($1,210) or a 21-inch ($2650) option. An all-weather package can be charged for $250, while a high-end paint option costs $595 and those carbon fiber coverage plates charge $600. Then the limited slip differential with surprise shock functionality costs $460. And inside, you can get a face-to-face demo for $900 and the high-end Mark Levinson reference audio for $1220.

So, no, it’s definitely not cheap, but we think we agree that it’s literally distinctive. However, compared to the ultra-luxury competition, this is a real bargain: the 2020 Mercedes-Benz S560 convertible starts at $139595 and only gets worse from there, while a BMW M850i xDrive 2021 costs $122395. Of course, if you’re not very involved with your badge and willing to settle for a Chevrolet instead of a Lexus, the new 2021 convertible Corvette has the same value as the 2020 model: $67,495.
