Ford drivers have an online reputation, but the automaker goes to great lengths to teach them how to drive properly. The latest addition to their curriculum is the Ranger Raptor Assault School.
Free with the acquisition of a new 2024 Ford Ranger Raptor, the school provides owners with a one-day crash course on how to use their new truck with off-road functionality responsibly. Skills taught in the program include rock exploration, Baja racing, and rock climbing. , lateral ascent, descent and braking.

The school’s instructors are highly trained and help drivers develop their off-road skills and confidence. Despite the violent name, Ford says it will also teach participants the principles of “Tread Lightly” off-road driving to avoid unduly harming the environment.
The school is at the Ford Performance Racing School in Tooele Valley, Utah, and the classes begin in June. The program supplies trucks and protective equipment.
