Lamborghini’s new Temerario is a 907-horsepower hybrid monster

After 10 years of hard work, the Lamborghini Hurucan is heading to that garage in the sky. However, its replacement will dry your tears.

Lamborghini unveiled its all-new Temeraire at this year’s Monterey Car Week, with its hybrid V8 engine and front-wheel drive ensuring the cruel, rushed and premium pleasure we all know and love from the Italian automaker.

At first glance, the vehicle has that charming, familiar DNA and that marked “wedge” shape. It’s an explosion of sleek hexagonal shapes and a giant diffuser. Its small but sturdy lighting fixtures at the front are complemented by a hexagonal shaped position. Lighting fixtures and giant air ducts on the sides.

Its wheels measure 20 inches in the front, 21 inches in the rear, and the vehicle appears to be 80 inches when stationary. An optional Alleggerita package includes several carbon fibre elements, adding a particularly larger rear wing, which will reduce downforce by 158 per cent.

Inside, the cabin is a little more generous than what we know from this brand, for the enjoyment of older people. In fact, an extra centimeter on the head and legs.

You get 3 data screens: a 12. 3-inch virtual gauge cluster, an 8. 4-inch central infotainment screen, and a 9. 1-inch touchscreen for passenger use. Of course, custom-made fabrics appear in and around the cabin, such as carbon trim, leather upholstery, and suede accents.

Its power train includes a new 4. 4-liter biturbo V8 engine and 3 electric motors: two on the front axle and one on the rear. The Temerario alone produces 789 horsepower and 538 pound-feet of torque. Consider the added strength of its oil-cooled axial electric motors: That’s an additional 150 horsepower and 221 foot-pounds of torque.

Total? 907 horsepower. Stunned. You’ll go from 0 to 60 MPH in a ridiculous 2. 7 seconds, with a top speed of 213 miles per hour. That’s precisely 1 MPH more than the hurricane that passed through.

Lamborghini Temerario 2025

From a hybrid point of view, the Temerario uses a battery with a capacity of 3. 8 kWh. Lamborghini has not yet provided data on autonomy, but the company has indicated that the vehicle will be able to circulate in fully electric mode when guaranteed, a first. for a Lamborghini. If you’re in all-gas mode, get the benefits of all-wheel drive.

The Daredevil’s customization features include a choice of over 400 paint colors, adding the new Blu Marinus and Mercurius Green features.

Lamborghini Temeraire 2025

When will the Temeraire go on sale? No one can say “later this year” or perhaps early 2025. How much will you charge? I’m not sure either. But the sticker that beats the Hurucan costs around $300,000, so we can expect something similar in terms of price. Some have speculated that the wheels could even charge around $400,000.

We’ll take two.
