The Lamborghini Urus was presented in India with a base value of Rs 3.10 million rupees (former showroom) in early 2018, with the first unit delivered on 10 September 2018. A year later, in September 2019, the Italian automaker announced that it had delivered the 50th Urus in the country, setting a new record for the fastest 50 deliveries for any stick insect style in India. The Urus, described through Lamborghini as a ‘super SUV’, is forced through a 4.0-liter twin-engine V8 that produces 650 hp and 850 Nm of torque and transmits force to the 4 wheels (40:60 split from front to back) through an 8-speed automatic gearbox.
