TORONTO, Oct. 24, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Since the launch of the Telluride in 2019, it has become Kia’s most respected vehicle, an ambitious SUV praised for its unmatched design, comfort, area and utility. Today, Kia Canada is pronouncing key improvements to its overall design, protection and convenience features to enhance Telluride’s position in the giant SUV category, as well as two new versions in the lineup.
Arriving in dealerships this month, Telluride has been redesigned for its already eye-catching look. The exterior of the vehicle receives brighter accents and the use of satin chrome for the identity of the vehicle, as well as modifications to the front and rear, modernizing the aesthetics.

Outdoor updates for Telluride 2023 include:
New design of fog lights and LEDs that will be recognizable on the road
Greater emphasis has been placed on the grille, front bumper and redesigned wheels that impose the presence of the Telluride.
Around the rear, the characteristic design of the taillights is maintained and the design of the LEDs has been revised, the bumper is more incorporated into its style.

The cabin of the 2023 Telluride is updated to combine Kia’s latest cutting-edge technologies into a narrow yet elongated design that extends over the driver’s view, creating an open and inviting space. The trend and finish presented on the C/PAD and dashboard has been painstakingly chosen to deliver a premium feel and eye-catching design. Key feature enhancements include:

The 2023 Telluride will also be the first vehicle in the lineup to get Digital Key 2 Touch, taking comfort to an all-new point (available on SX models and above). This feature allows owners to use their compatible Apple smartphone as a key to lock/unlock the vehicle and start it. The digital key can be shared with up to two other users.
The 2023 Telluride receives several enhancements to its full suite of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS)ii. New features of the Telluride include:
Standard High Beam Assist (HBA): automatically adjusts headlights between overhead and low beam based on the brightness of oncoming vehicle headlights
Standard airbags in the second row
Standard Forward Collision Avoidance (FCA) with Intersection Turning capability: Assists in collisions with an oncoming vehicle when turning left at an intersection
Standard Intelligent Speed Limit Assist: Provides a warning if the motive force is driving the vehicle over the speed restriction data from the front view camera. In some cases, the formula also reads speed restriction data from the navigation formula (if available) to automatically adjust the speed.
Advanced Roadside Driving Assist Available: When driving on a highway, the formula maintains distance to the vehicle in front and lane position on the highway and assists with lane changes.
