TRUMP URGES REPUBLICS TO TAKE ‘NO DELAY’ VACANCIES INGINSBURG
Just hours before Supreme Court officials announced Ginsburg’s death, Alaska Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski told Alaska Public Media that she would not vote for a candidate so close to an election.
Senator Susan Collins of R-Maine also said she would not vote to fill a void in the Supreme Court in October of an election year. “I think it’s too close, I think, ” he said, according to a Reporter from the New York Times. .
Why are Americans required to suffer the loss of freedom in order for the promises that have never been made in the first position to be fulfilled?

Following the death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia and the ensuing battle for the nomination of Merrick Garland by President Obama, Senators Cory Gardner, Republican of Colorado, and Charles Grassley, Republican of Iowa, advised that vacancies on the Court Supreme does not fill up close to presidential elections.
Because Republicans control only 53 votes in the Senate, if four or more Republican senators decide not to vote for President Trump’s next Supreme Court nominee, it is imaginable that Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden will have a chance to decide on Ginsburg’s replacement, he deserves it in November.

I sympathize with the senators who have made promises in the afterlife and I want to keep them. Honesty is, of course, important, and keeping promises in sensitive political cases is a rare trait in Washington, to say the least.

However, Republican senators who have promised not to hold seats in the Supreme Court in the run-up to the election have a greater duty than keeping political promises made a few days, months, or years ago: ensuring the rights of all Americans. They can do so by filling Judge Ginsburg’s vacant position with a constitutionalist who promises to faithfully interpret the Constitution according to the intentions of those who followed it.
Senators who have pledged not to fill a void in the Supreme Court in supply cases have never made the promises and if they are forced to pay the penalty in November for making foolish and irresponsible commitments, so be it.
The rights of others are more important and sacred than political promises or electoral victory. Why are Americans required to suffer the loss of freedom in order for the promises that were never made in the first position to be fulfilled?
The left has long been faithful to judicial activism and the Supreme Court’s struggle for seats with judges who invent “rights” that never existed before and who continually expand the authority of the federal government, in direct contradiction to the wishes of those who the letter and the officials who have ratified it on behalf of its citizens.

If Biden becomes president and is allowed to replace Ginsburg, he will certainly continue this long progressive tradition.
It will have to be stopped, regardless of the political consequences.
