Despite his ex-wife’s role in Bravo’s highlights, Maltas has maintained a declining profile, especially in terms of his origin and childhood. According to Alumni US, he graduated from Arizona State University in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in commerce.
Maltas has been interested in the structure and real heritage since the beginning of his career. Alumni US, and an online search for records that revealed data from a LinkedIn profile since it was deleted, show that Maltas started running at a company called Cross Creek Development when he was still an undergraduate student. In 1995, he joined a company called Chipley Construction.
Maltas started its own company called Trason Builders Inc. in 2004. Records on the California Secretary of State’s online page show that the company founded in Sylmar, a community north of Los Angeles.
Maltas turns out to have counted on him’s help for this adventure. Former wife Tracy Tutor is the daughter of construction entrepreneur and investor Ronald Tutor. Mr. Tutor is the President and CEO of Tutor Perini Corporation. Its non-public net worth has been estimated at several billion over the years. Tracy Tutor worked for her father’s business for 3 years after graduating from college before entering a genuine residential property, according to her website.
Trason Building Inc. had two other administrators registered in legal documents in addition to Maltas: Tracy Tutor and Ronald Tutor. It is not known to what extent one of them played a role in day-to-day activities. The corporation disbanded in 2016.
At the time, Tutor debuted in Million Dollar Listing, her husband at the time working at Gordon Gibson Construction. The company builds traditional homes in Southern California, especially in rich spaces such as Beverly Hills, Bel Air and Pacific Palisades.
A LinkedIn profile for Maltas appointed him vice president of the company. In 2017, he became president. His biography on the page at the time read:

At the time of writing, the biography no longer exists on Gordon Gibson’s website. However, he does not come with a biography of any of his employees.
Maltas and Tutors were together for 17 years and were married for thirteen years before deciding to quit smoking. The father filed for divorce in early 2018 and cited “irreconcilable differences” as a reason.
The father received the circle of relatives from the divorce house. Since then, Tutor has sold the Brentwood property. First, he indexed it for $23.9 million. But after a few months on the market, Tutor accepted a reduction offer. According to Redfin, the space sold for $19.66 million.
