The album was produced and combined by Bryton Wallace and mastered by multi-Grammy engineer Oscar Zambrano of Zampol Productions (Harry Styles, Sting, Arcade Fire). It was co-produced by Dakota Jackson, Ryan Young, Alex Taylor and Conner Blakley.

Released in New York City in 2021 after a decade of independent and collaborative production, record maker Mitchell Walker and independent artistic producer Ashley Kate Adams of AKA Studio Productions have announced their independent label, No Reverse Records. They originally met at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music in 2005, where they spent that summer at Ashley Kate’s late father’s Chrysler Rouge, which wasn’t driving backwards, but only forwards. Since then, they’ve taken this motto to center and have been generating combination albums in New York since 2011, when Ashley closed its doors with the Broadway Company of La Cage aux Folles.
As record producers, they collaborate with six-time Grammy Award winner Alex Venguer, three-time Grammy Award winner Oscar Zambrano, and Grammy nominee Daniel Alba.
