Dax Shepard had a difficult trip on a recent start at a California racetrack.
During Monday’s episode of his “Expert” podcast, Shepard revealed that he had damaged several bones after a motorcycle twist over the weekend.
“I ran six boys on Sonoma Raceway on a motorcycle and braked very, very hard, strong enough for the rear wheel to take off from the floor about a hundred meters,” said Shepard, 45. ‘I’m completely guilty, idea that I can slide between the two, but someone turned and I’m already slowing down and it may not happen anywhere.
Shepard said he “landed hard” after “cutting off the bumper” and “passing over the handlebars,” an incident he described as “not very demoralizing.”
“This is the first time I’ve been on the track,” he said. “It’s a disappointment.”

The actor from “Parenthood” went to the emergency room the next day in ex ofbearable pain.
“I’ve been in the hospital for seven hours today,” he said Monday. “The last count 4 damaged ribs, the collarbone is damaged in 3 places and I want surgery.”
He also hurt his left hand, which broke in a turn of fate off the road before this year: “I broke my hand that broke a few months ago. But good news, I had damaged 3 of those (fingers). and the detainees. Array.. (But) my little finger Array.. broke. “

Despite the injuries caused by his “reckless journey,” Shepard is not permanently seen out of the chair. “I don’t think I’m going to stop, but I’d possibly be in a position to give up for the rest of 2020,” he said.
And Shepard’s wife, actress Kristen Bell, doesn’t seem very pleased about it.
Shepard shared an Instagram photo of his injuries in the fight with his wife in the background: “Thank you Armcherries for all the wishes and concerns. I’m in one piece and morale is 🙂 I’m sorry I’m worried.”
When comedian Whitney Cummings commented on Bell’s expression, the actress for “Good Place” replied, “I just deny with her head to her absurdity.”
In May, in a virtual appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” Bell revealed that her husband had “broken” his left hand on an essential “off-road trip” “just as quarantine began.”
“They took him to the edge of a cliff, ” said Bell. “He’s very embarrassed by his injury, because the final rule of the car is not to put his hands in the protective cage or outside the car at all times. It’s the only injury option.”
Bell described how Shepard raised his left hand “just to look out” from the most sensitive cliff, when the weight movement overturned his Polaris RZR, an off-road vehicle.
Shepard had to wear a cast and have seven pins in his hand due to the injury. But Shepard’s biggest fear, according to Bell, of having “problems” with his wife.
