Their latest innovation is the Jeep Dune. Based on the Stellantis-branded Citroën Ami platform, the Dune is a robust interpretation of the ultra-compact urban electric vehicle.
Citroën last year unveiled an off-road-inspired My Ami Buggy, which features a similar but wider design.
The Buggy and Dune feature designs and other innovations to give them a more “rugged” or exterior feel.
Powered by an eight-horsepower motor and a 5. 4 kWh battery, the My Ami Buggy achieves a range of up to 46 miles. While this may not seem like much compared to electric vehicles with more than three hundred miles driven today, keep in mind that it’s designed for short adventures and trips to the city.
With perforated fabric doors, hand-dipped customization, an included cooler, and a DJ booth, the Jeep Buggy looks like the ultimate electric vehicle.
Jeep and Citroën are under the Stellantis umbrella, so a shared platform would make sense. The Buggy starts at $13,600 (£10,495), while the original Ami costs less than $10,000 (£7,695).

Klissarov notes that the Dune could be an excellent addition to the European Jeep lineup, along with the Avenger, Compass, Wrangler, Renegade, and Grand Cherokee.
