I drove the 2025 Honda Civic Sport Touring Hybrid for a total of 133 miles over a week. That’s much less than my other test drives, mainly due to the inclement weather that affected my week with the vehicle, but the fuel economy of the Civic Sport Hybrid can’t be overlooked.
For the small drive I’ve led, the average fuel intake has proven to be a decrease than that provided for 36. 2 mpg. However, trail tuning shows that it has achieved a much higher fuel economy of 44. 9 mpg through a 952-mile trip. Although this is one of my favorite electric vehicles that I have tried, for some reason, Honda spared the Prologue screen. Fortunately for the Civic Sport Touring Hybrid, it comes with a more modern 10. 2 -inch touch screen.
This is because it is more clear and much more visible, and the interface itself is more fashionable with its clean icons and sources. It is also wonderful that it is compatible with Carplay and Android Auto, which I appreciate as characteristics instead of the infotainment system of the car manufacturer itself.
I don’t know why, but the honeycomb trend of the Civic Sport Touring Hybrid’s internal air vents is eye-catching, and I’d argue that the interior area is much prettier than the car’s design. These honeycomb trends on the dashboard are sure to give the car its own unique style.
As I said before, I like the design of the interior area, but the seats themselves are rigid. This may simply be due to the leather upholstery that Honda uses, but I wish it was more breathable. On the other hand, it is probably more resistant to stains. than to use any other type of material.
You could say that the frigid temperatures could be to blame for the Civic Sport Touring Hybrid taking much longer than other vehicles to warm up its seats. Even after I set it to the highest setting, I didn’t feel a whole lot of warmth with the seat while driving. In fact, it took about 10 minutes after starting the car for me to register the faint warmth from the seat.
While I appreciate the convenience of a rearview camera with the Civic Sport Hybrid, its quality is as bad as that of other fuel sedans that I have conducted, such as the Volkswagen Jetta Glo Autobhan. Not only is it super soft, but quality changes dramatically when it darkens. There is a lot of noise and sometimes it feels choppy, so I forced myself to check my blind points because it is difficult to distinguish the cars that come in the opposite direction with the rearview chamber.
If I were to buy a car now, I would at least buy a hybrid car. The 2025 Honda Civic Sport Touring Hybrid whets my appetite because of its affordable price, correct range, and modest features. With this specific version, its responsive handling and sleek acceleration make it a laugh to drive like an electric vehicle with 100 percent torque at its disposal.
But the biggest price lies in the savings you get with its hybrid power. You’ll end up using a lot less fuel over its entire lifespan compared to your car with standard fuel. And most importantly, it is priced opposite to some of the cheapest electric cars on the market.
