Hyundai updates his excavations in southern California with the signing of a new commercial pre-log in Orange County.
Hyundai’s studies and progression subsidiary, Hyundai America Technical Center, has signed the 91,600-square-foot lease with the developer’s and dermody-owner’s homes at logister d’Irvine II, 2 sterling in Irvine, which opens later this quarter. Ross Bourne, Keith Black and CBRE’s Nick (CBRE) represented Dermody in the settlement.
“The leasing activity at LogistiCenter at Irvine II is indicative of the strong demand for modern industrial facilities in prime locations,” Bourne said in a statement.

Meanwhile, Dermody is also emerging a logistics in Irvine I, an advertising asset of 133,320 feet that will take a position to finish the structure at the end of this year. The two buildings are southeast of the I-5 of Irvine Spectrum, a combined 5,000 acres district with about 38 million feet of advertising space.
The Irvine Spectrum commercial market outpaces the rest of Orange County due to strong demand, according to recent CBRE data, with a vacuum rate of just 0. 7% to the countywide average of 3. 1%.
