Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider Adventoris has moved to its own Huddersfield building, Folly Hall Mills, in an ambitious move that solidifies the company’s long history as a major player in the SaaS market.

Over the next five years, the total investment in the assets will exceed £1 million. That movement was amplified by a hat-trick of primary customers, with the arrival of new produce giant Dole, advertising vehicle manufacturer Isuzu Truck UK and supermarket staple, Tilda Rice.

Adventoris has seen impressive expansion over the past 12 months, achieving profits of just under £2. 5 million, 28% year-on-year growth and its fourth year of successful expansion. The company now has a team of 50 members and 218 customers, with even more notable brands including PepsiCo. , Pukka Pads, and AG BARR.

Adventoris has also significantly grown its channel partner network this year, with 33 resellers and referrers now on board. As well as the site move, development work has been undertaken including the creation of a suite of executive offices and a new board room, named the Armitage Suite.

Armitage Suite is a tribute to Peter Armitage, non-executive director of Adventoris and founding partner of Key Capital Partners, who passed away in March 2023. Peter was an early investor in the company and has been a major contributor to the company over the years. .

Located on St Thomas’ Road in Huddersfield, Folly Hall Mills is a Grade II indexed asset built in 1844 by famed Huddersfield builder Joseph Kaye, who was the keeper of Huddersfield’s iconic buildings that added the exercise station, the George Hotel and the Britannia buildings. .

The site has been home to several investors over the years, including the world-famous combing thread company, Joseph Lumb.

CEO James Clarkson commented: “We’ve had another year and I’m very happy to announce the integration of 3 amazing companies: Tilda Rice, Dole and Isuzu Truck UK, as well as the move to our new offices.

“This is a move that will take Adventoris to the next point and solidify our position in the market, giving us the space and opportunity to grow the team and offering, while remaining part of Huddersfield’s glorious business community.

“Folly Hall Mills is the best location to continue our expansion as we look forward to another global expansion this year. I’m proud to be able to pay tribute to Peter in our new space, through the Armitage Suite. Peter, a great component of the company and we miss him very much.
