TORRANCE, California, August 27, 2020 / PRNewswire / – Honda today unveiled the new 2020 Honda Civic Type R Pace Car, which will take the NTT INDYCAR SERIES box to the green flag for the double-titled racing weekend of This weekend’s Bommarito Automotive Group at World Wide Technology Raceway, just outside St. Louis, Missouri.

The newest in a series of Honda Pace cars used for Indy’s engine racing since 2006, the newest Pace car from production innovations to the Honda Civic Type R by 2020, which adds a revamped external and internal stylus; Improvements in driving, handling and braking performance; and increased engine cooling.

An exclusive graphic package on the exterior Basic Boost Blue completes the conversion of the Civic Type R showroom into an NTT INDYCAR SERIES Pace car.
