I’ve had 3. Ride for five0 years on all other bikes. Once you have one, it’s like eating chips, you can’t stop. The only explanation why it wasn’t given a score of five is because the plastic clips may simply have been older and more available for interim maintenance.
It would be five stars, but the bouncy forks and slightly disappointing mpg let him down. The riding position is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of legroom to stretch out. The manual says the backrest is adjustable, but it seems that’s not the case with my bike. The seat wobbles a bit when raised, but I can still store my Arai in the compartment under the seat. How come the Forza 7five0 can make 70 mpg and the Silverwing can only make five and five?

Comfortable, easy to put on and take off (especially for my disability) reliable, sturdy, practical, giant load capacity, ergonomic, fast, long service periods (oil changes, filters, brake pads, tires only, over 30,000 miles), single problem, suspension, surprise shock and X adv fork would be fine, for bumpy roads, great price for money, so thank you M. As a commuter, it doesn’t make any more sense than a GS or a Blade (too big for work in the city), but as a travel toy for two or cross-ride, it’s an amazing machine. I still have the big trailie (1200cc) and the Game Tourer (1000cc), but the scooter covers more miles per year than the other two combined. You have to try a large maxi scooter. But not in the village, it’s a waste.
Extremely undeniable for driving with automatic transmission, plenty of legroom providing the ability to change leg position to alleviate stiffness.
Large amounts of garage space. For example, when I went to the Isle of Man last year, my 4-person tent, roll-up clothing and clothing items were placed under the seat. The rest of my luggage was stored in the most convenient giant box and a few pieces packed in vacuum bags strapped to the passenger seat.
My previous motorcycle was a feature-rich Honda CBF1000. The change to the Silverwing 600 was carefully thought out, but in reality the usable functionality is not much different. Top speed is rarely as high as the CBF, however the Silverwing will cruise all day at speeds above legal at altitude and has enough acceleration to make overtaking easy. Acceleration from a standstill is amazing as there is no need to adjust the gear. If you could replace something, it would be smart to have more fuel capacity.
I replaced the popular screen with a Givi screen which eliminated the shaking, and replaced the more practical motor with a backrest, which was pretty easy to do and cost a few cents to do. This provides even more space for the pilot’s seat.
I added heated grips for winter driving.
Aside from a few cosmetic additions, I have nothing to complain about this lovely machine.
Extremely capable, do it all in maxi-scooter. il it’s comfortable, with fantastic cargo capacity, easy to drive, with a pretty decent mpg, very easy to hold, and reliable. I use mine for commuting, errands, outings, and longer trips. (more than three hundred miles). If you have doubts about your knees and can no longer take care of a “normal” motorcycle, then a maxi scooter like the Silverwing will suffice. The only problem imaginable is actually the image, even if it’s older. Boy, I don’t care!

It’s very comfortable to drive but drink a little, overall it’s a smart buy. The newest model on sale, costing £7,000, is a bit pricey. I’d buy another one that doesn’t cost £7 again yet.
On a plate of 64. Yes, I know, it’s a thirteen-year-old design (I’m not sorry). Yes, I know, it costs £7,000 (0% over 3 years). Yes, I know it’s not fuel efficient (it’s still over 50 per gallon). Yes, I know there are bigger maxi scooters on the market right now (although not between £2000 and £3000 more). And I know we don’t have the redesigned style here like on the European continent (exactly the same underneath). But despite all that, it’s still what I was looking for, more than any other product available. The Integra is rarely really a scooter and loses out to the Silverwing on a practical level, otherwise I would have opted for that. 7 weeks of ownership and six hundred miles of travel and I really enjoy driving it. It does everything and it’s the vehicle I get the most out of (I have four at my disposal) so that says a lot. In fact, I’m glad I bought it and would recommend one as an application vehicle above anything else.
I was at a Honda dealership for a day of overhaul and after making a Pan and a Crosstourer, I was waiting for a guy to come back with a Dullsville when the salesman said why don’t you check out the Silver Wing. After a few curses and a laugh, I thought: why not?They gave me 15 minutes to kill. Two hours later, I placed an X part on a used component and picked it up 2 days later. The way the wing is described is surely ArrayFast in the city, it holds its position on the road all day, super comfortable, plenty of storage space. On a recent weekend of camping, the lot came under the inc. Seat, tent, bag, stove and clothes. I upgraded the screen and installed heated grips to provide a little more weather coverage and comfort. Fuel economy is rarely great at 45 mpg, but I tend to tire it out a bit!I think it’s too expensive to be new, but they look used. reasonable. All in all, it’s a bike/scooter that fulfills my wishes brilliantly.
I’ve had my 03 silverwing for a month now and I love it. I don’t know why I waited so long to get one. It’s silver, it costs 31,000 with fish and I paid 1,700 pounds for it in a personal sale. It’s such a wonderful motorcycle I don’t know why they use it more in the UK. Can all of Europe really make a mistake? For my part, I think so. The design of the motorcycle is very trendy, which I like; The front and rear smoothing elements may have been seamlessly removed from the newer Honda sportbike, as well as the instrument panel. There are also some really wonderful features like the LCD tool group, 12-volt outlet, handbrake and under-seat smoothing, as well as the huge garage space. The motorcycle runs and drives perfectly, very balanced with masses of usable power and very smooth. It handles really well and is easy to drive. Inspire confidence. The connected brakes also work very well. Usually only gentle pressure is needed to fire even from speed. You don’t actually realize that you are riding a scooter. It’s also incredibly comfortable, even for a passenger. The motorcycle purrs around town and hits 30 mph in seconds. On the road it doesn’t fail either and fortunately it runs between 80 and 85 mph and it doesn’t take long to get there either. Average miles per gallon is around 45 mpg. I am so satisfied that I made the jump to the maxi scooter. Now I understand why all Europeans ride them. I used to ride middleweight roadsters, but the Silverwing, with all its extra features, practicality and performance, ensures that I probably wouldn’t rush out to buy a popular motorcycle anytime soon, if ever. I used to wonder why anyone would need a large scooter, but now I deserve to seriously think about why anyone would need a general motorcycle for daily use. I ride 50 miles a day and so far I haven’t ridden anything that fits me better. You get a lot more with a Silverwing and I’m sure if more people tried it they would upgrade too. A brilliant motorcycle in each and every way.
I’m 6’3″ and I travel a lot. I came up with the idea of trying a Silver Wing for long trips and around London. I discovered one with less than 2,000 miles for £2. 500. Es wonderful, it’s fast, it’s strong. , well made and very comfortable. Plenty of luggage space, all very well thought out. For its length and weight, it handles very well in the city, although its duration can be a challenge in traffic. Very slow, but sturdy enough to escapar. de maximum things, especially moped maniacs, at traffic lights. The excellent handling makes it fun on the roads and you can sit at 80 mph on the highway forever. The only court cases would be the length of the tank which happens to start flashing at a hundred miles and I’ve never dared to do more than thirteen miles (which seems to be thirteen liters; I can’t, the tank is 16 liters). And the high screen is rarely loud enough for me, so the wind noise can be quite loud. Overall very happy
