Here is a close look at the New Tesla Model and, now in 17 exhibition rooms through us.

Last month, Tesla unveiled the new Y-style in the United States, with a new all-out design of soft bars, a redesigned rear end and a refreshed interior. Lately it’s been seen as a “launch series” style, starting at $59,990, with March deliveries.

The new Model Y is currently in 19 Tesla showrooms across North America, 17 in the United States and 2 in Canada. I took the opportunity to head to the one in New York’s Meatpacking District to get some up close photos, as well as share some thoughts.

When the new Model Y was unveiled in China at the start of the year, I wasn’t a huge fan. I was glad that Tesla came up with a unique design language for Model Y, rather than just creating a taller Model 3 once again, but I still wasn’t a fan. The new design felt super busy.

However, over time, it grew. Seeing it in the user consolidated the fact that, in fact, it is a correct design, at least in my book. Could there be innovations? Of course. In general, I am extremely cheerful with all innovations and I am more than delighted with the new design.

The main innovations with the new model and come with two new soft bars, one in the front and one in the back. Unlike Cybertruck, the new model of the new model and is not without stopping and presents a divided design. However, it is for an intelligent reason.

On Model Y, the primary headlights are part of the light bar (pieces to the left and right), which isn’t the case on the Cybertruck. The light bar on the Cybertruck is mostly aesthetic, with the actual headlights being near the bumper. Some may think the splits in the front light bar are a design downgrade, but it’s certainly a lot more functional.

In addition, it has a new gentle rear bar that is reflected in the road and becomes very bright at night. Unfortunately, I had a photo of this, because the exhibition corridor is very well lit, but you can see the effect through yourself in the videos. It can be pretty cool.

On top of that, the new style has several of the same updates in last year’s Style 3. A in the back seat so passengers can interact.

The new model and also has a front bumper chamber, as seats with rear power, allowing consumers to fold them just by pressing a button.

I really don’t like the lights. I agree with those that say the lights look like the Cybertruck front end. The model 3 refresh is vastly aesthetically better imo. I do like the redesigned nose better. And I think the stock wheels look better. The Volvo EX30, Honda Prologue, and Hyundai Ioniq 5 look a lot better. I would say even the Chevy Equinox and Chevy Blazer EV look better that this refresh.

It is an intelligent soda. For now, Tesla is only promoting the new model and as a “launch series” model, at $ 59,990 for long -distance AWD configuration. At this price, you get a complete diversity included, the Spice UP acceleration and the tow package. The serial models also have a special badge on the back, along a puddle light, a more premium interior and a special “launch” badge around the vehicle.

There is no word at the moment when RWD or functionality styles will be available, but Tesla sells the old style and if you need to download one of those versions. There are also smart offers in existing actions.

Last but not least, here’s all of the photos I took of the new Model Y! The showroom model was Ultra Red, which is personally one of my favorite colors for this new design. It also comes in Stealth Gray, Pearl White Multi-Coat, and Quicksilver.
