Garbage trucks menu a fitness hazard

When I was at a hotel in Ipoh, I witnessed a destructive water leak from the garbage truck while I was lifting trash cans from the basement. The stench that came here from the filthy place. When I asked one of the garbage creditors why the liquid came from the truck, he told me that the trucks had not been repaired for a long time.

Hotel workers finally cleaned the basement floor after they left. For hotel staff, it is detrimental to fitness to leave the juice blank every time the trash is collected. I saw that garbage creditors also didn’t use stench protection appliances, and some of them were rude.

This calls into question the local government’s attitude to waste control in the city and whether protection and fitness have been a criterion. Is there a maintenance schedule for those trucks? Are there damaged joints that cause such leaks? Is there a plan to upgrade those trucks?

I wonder if the Department of the Environment is aware of this challenge and is verifying the functionality of local government in terms of waste control that takes into account the fitness of its staff and other people in the city. Is there a public awareness crusade on this issue?

It’s time for garbage trucks to be replaced or sent to maintenance. Other countries with disorders have done so.

With the Covid-19 crisis, we will have to move forward by making sure that our hygiene criteria are at the same point as those in the most complex countries. The population of the city, on the other hand, will have to be careful to cover their trash cans, especially in the rainy season. There is a need for cooperation and a deep sense of hygiene criteria.

Therefore, the Partnership for the Community and the Dialogue urges the local government of Ipoh to take immediate action to involve destructive water leaks from garbage trucks and to them a danger to fitness and the environment.
