The 500e, Abarth’s first electric vehicle. Next comes what will not only be its first model, but also the brand’s most durable vehicle to date. The 177 kW (241 hp) 600e is similar to its Fiat equivalent, but the Abarth will have a larger battery than that car’s 51 kWh (net) pack. We can also expect a beefier engine than the 115 kW provided by Nidec in the Fiat crossover. Let’s look at the year 2025 to start production.
Even with some other electric styling coming in a few months, there’s still life in the 695, although some think the punch will soon drop. A 75th Anniversary Edition is the latest evolution of this small sedan, which, in Fiat form, dates back to 2007. Production was limited to 1,368 cars, the displacement of the turbocharged T-Jet engine.
Now that Fiat ended sales of the 500 in European markets last month, what about the Abarth 695?Stellantis has yet to comment, but the Fiat at least lives on, as its equipment is shipped from Poland to Algeria and the car will be relaunched in Africa and some other parts of the world.
A year after the 600 went on sale, the 500 will most likely receive a facelift in 2026, and its replacement is now delayed until 2030.

There were high hopes for the Tonale, but so far Alfa Romeo’s sales are still sometimes slow. For Europe as a whole (EU-EFTA-United Kingdom), ACEA reported only 24,840 registrations in the first part of 2024. That’s just 14 cars more than Lancia and its old Ypsilon (deliveries of the new Ypsilon started on July 18). .
Stellantis continues to try to rebuild Alfa’s image, constantly promoting the 33 Stradale, the first of which will reach 33 potential owners in December. Inevitably, there will be more updates to this car, and Stellantis will most likely copy a formula that has already been very lucrative for Ferrari. This means a 33 Spider in 2025 and a new supercar in 2026 once the last 33 are made.
While the Stelvio and Giulia are gradually disappearing (the last cars destined for North America were made in June), the Junior is expected to step in and take over sales. The small SUV at least looks very smart on paper and will be affordable to manufacture. , built as is at the Tychy plant on the CMP2/eCMP2 platform shown. Two things should be noted: this is the first Alfa to be made solely outdoors in Italy and potentially one of the last to be introduced with an internal combustion engine. , the department is expected to be reserved exclusively for electric cars until 2027. You may find that this is quietly delayed, as other brands do.
Three models in STLA Large?
The Junior Electrica arrives first with deliveries scheduled for next month, and the Ibrida will join in November. The timing of these is powered by Stellantis’ famous 1. 2-litre three-cylinder Miller Cycle engine with 100 kW and 21 kW/55 Nm of torque. What about the electric vehicle? There are two, a choice of 115 or 207 kW motors, each with a 54 kWh battery. Front-wheel drive is popular for everyone, with an all-wheel-drive formula from the Q4 brand exclusive to the toughest electric vehicle, the 207 kW 345 Nm Electric Veloce. The fourth quarter will also be available for the mild hybrid, but not before 2025.
We can expect the life cycle of the Junior to be seven or even eight years, which means a facelift at the end of 2028. The motors and batteries will most likely be updated at the same time.
Next year will see intense activity for Alfa Romeo, with the debut of a Stelvio successor in the second part of the year, with the Cassino plant having been suitably adapted and retooled. The architecture of this style and its Giulia sedan that will update the Giulia in 2026 is STLA L (for Grande). Petrol and battery powertrains for both vehicles will be presented.
The Stellantis Large multi-energy platform will also be provided to Alfa for the long term, i. e. a crossover the size of Volvo EX90. Only for electric vehicles and its launch is scheduled for 2027, like other STLA L models, there will be an 800-volt electric formula and up to 3 motors.
Will the Chrysler logo survive? Officially yes, but with only one model shown in the long term, long-term doubts persist. Production of the three hundred ended in December 2023, leaving dealers with only the Pacifica. The minivan is expected to undergo a second facelift in 2025 and could be replaced in 2028 by an electric vehicle based on the STLA L. Production would remain at the Windsor Assembly Plant (WAP) in Ontario: the next muscle cars from Dodge (see below) will be manufactured. there and they are also STLA L models. Brampton, the other Canadian factory, is being remodeled for the successor to the Jeep Compass.
The first new Chrysler in a long time is expected to arrive in 2025, and it was anticipated via the Halcyon (see symbol above). Revealed in February, this beautiful silver four-door electric concept (STLA L) featured a folding yoke style. steering wheel and pedals, as well as fully reclining front seats. There’s also a new Chrysler logo illuminated in white on the front and red on the rear. The production style will be built in Windsor.
The new C3 Aircross will soon be presented in Europe. Although it only measures 4. 4 meters long, it has 3 rows of seats and is very similar to some other style of the same called aimed at India and South America. Another vehicle for Stellantis Smart Car Platform (an evolution of the CMP and eCMP), the new model is supplied with 1. 2-liter gasoline engines and MHEV. It will be joined by the electric ë-C3. It has an 83 kW motor with a 44 kWh LFP battery. Their life cycles are expected to be seven years, so a facelift is expected in 2028. In addition, a larger battery will be introduced starting in 2025.
Another new style has recently arrived in India and has been manufactured since June at the Birla Group’s Thiruvallur plant, near Chennai. Completely presented in recent days, the Basalt is a small crossover powered by the same engines as the C3 Aircross. An ë-C3 Aircross for the same market is expected to debut soon and be built at the Tamil Nadu plant along with those vehicles. Then, in 2025, an ë-Basalt will arrive.
Another imminent new Citroën is a redesigned C4. There will also be an equivalent upgrade for the C4 X. The public premieres of both will take place at the Paris Motor Show in October. A few months later, we can expect a refreshed C5 X. However, it is unlikely that there will be a successor for this model. On the other hand, the new generations of the C4 and C4 X are planned for 2027. Will they be encouraged by the taste of the Oli concept? This is almost guaranteed.
We already know all about the Charger Coupe and Charger Sedan, each of which is new for the 2025 style year. And this month the two-door car structure begins at WAP. However, there are still between five and six months to go before series production of the sedan. The Sixpack S. O. charger will also be available in 2025. (420 hp 3. 0-liter Hurricane engine) and Charger Sixpack H. O. (550 hp edition of the same inline six-cylinder twin-turbo engine). The Hurricane is the successor family of engines to the 5. 7- and 6. 4-liter Hemi V8s installed in the affected Dodge, Jeep and Ram models.
The combination of Hurricane and EV power will be expanded further in the second half of next year, when the Charger Banshee is scheduled to debut. With a two-speed transmission and an 800V electrical system, this will be an incredibly fast model. All chargers are expected to be reconditioned by style year 2029 and replaced in year CY2032.
And now, a Chinese Dodge for North America
There is another new Dodge that will debut in production this month, it is the Attitude, a special style aimed at the Mexican market. The new Attitude is no longer a modified Mitsubishi from Thailand, but is offered through a GAC factory in China, with the car adapted from the Trumpchi Empow.
Will we see a new generation of the Durango later in 2024 after all? Now it seems that this giant SUV has been delayed until the design year 2027. The so-called Stealth could also be revived with the production at the Detroit assembly complex of the next Jeep Grand Cherokee. Both electric and fuel propulsion systems will be present.
Less is known about two other styles, of which only one is shown as a Dodge. This is a two-row crossover expected to arrive in early 2026, as well as what the United Auto Workers dubbed in November 2023 as a “truck” for the Belvidere plant. This style will be available in 3 years and the logo has not yet been shown: it may simply be a Jeep or a Ram. Manufacturing between 80,000 and 100,000 units a year is Stellantis’ goal, the UAW says.
Although considered by many to be the most vulnerable of all brands, DS continues despite the fact that few long-lasting models have been confirmed. In the existing lineup, the Models 3 and four have at least gained a practical touch thanks to April’s announcement of mild hybrids for either model. It is a 1199 cc turbocharged engine with 100 kW and 230 Nm, as well as a 21 kW and 55 Nm engine. The transmission is a six-speed DSG and the NMC lithium-ion battery has a capacity of only nine point nine kilowatts. The powertrain and MVEV three-cylinder engine are prevalent in many Stellantis cars and continue to be implemented in others.
At one point, we announced the arrival of a new 5, but things are very quiet on that side. Instead, the upcoming new DS is expected to directly update the D 7. To segment again as an SUV, this 4. 7m long EV will be paired with the Lancia Gamma. The Melfi plant in Italy will manufacture either two in the same line, with the STLA M (Medium) platform.
Replacements for the DS 3 and DS are expected in 2026 (as well as a facelift for it) and 2029.
With the 812 now gone, as well as the soon-to-be-gone SF90 Stradale, SF90 Spider, Roma and Roma Spider, the selection of Ferraris will be reduced to the 296, the new 12Cilindri (replacing the 812) and the Purosangue. That’s not all, as the SF90 XX Stradale and Spider limited series, announced 14 months ago, are only now entering production. In addition, two new cars will be presented in 2025.
A successor to the SF90 series is expected to be the first to arrive next year, and the brand’s first all-electric vehicle will be launched in the fourth quarter. There’s also the F250, a LaFerrari-style hypercar rumored to be powered by a new engine. through a V6. Es may even be introduced to buyers this year.
The second and third parts of a series focused on the Fiat, Jeep, Lancia, Leapmotor, Maserati, Opel-Vauxhall, Peugeot and Ram brands will be launched at the end of August.
