KUALA LUMPUR: A former keretapi civil engineer Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) charged in the consultation court here today on two bribery charges, amounting to 1,450 RM, five years ago.
However, Mohd Amin Muhammad N. Hushaimi, 36, pleaded guilty to the fees that were read to him before Judge Rozina Ayob.
In either case, he accused, as a civil engineer in KTMB’s allocation control department, of mistakenly receiving RM950 and RM500, respectively, from a Mohd Nizam Hasan as an incentive not to file a transitional prevention paint order due to protection points in 3 assignments.Sites.
