The concepts, with themes reflecting other lifestyles, come with a four-door “fishing guide” founded on Level of Finish Outer Bronco Banks; a two-door Bronco “trail platform” designed for intense trail trails; A sports edition of the “trail rig”; The “TOW RZR” Sport, which adds towing and loading accessories to the Badlands finish; and the sport “Off-Roading Adventure Patrol”. Ford introduced the new Bronco in July, which returns after a years-long crusade between Bronco enthusiasts and Ford workers to bring it back after he defected in 1996. The two- and four-door Broncos are available with six levels of factory equipment: Base, Big Bend, Black Diamond, Outer Banks, Wildtrak and Badlands. The smallest Sport is available in four: Base, Big Bend, Outer Banks and Badlands.
Ford has proposed adventure concepts to highlight some of the tactics that homeowners can customize those models for other lifestyles. Ford showed the concepts once for the automotive press at Holly Roads ORV Park this week.
The concept of the four-door “fishing guide” of the outer benches, designed with surf-casting along Cape Hatteras National Seashore in mind. It has a flexible hood in the front row, a Yakima roof platform and a pole holder on the front hood.
The two-door “trail rig” concept in the Badlands molding has a ceiling gallery with shovel mounts, winch, tubular doors, beadlock-compatible wheels and a 40-inch soft LED bar.
Customers must order the maximum accessories from their dealers and will have the opportunity to finance them as part of the vehicle purchase. Those who hire a Bronco will also have the option to charge accessories for a residual fee.
“Our accessories and customizations are important,” said Mark LaNeve, Ford’s vice president of marketing, sales and service in the United States. “With the modifications and customizations that we can make through our dealers or at the factory, each and every customer, if they wish, can have an exclusive and exclusive Bronco.
