Cold Spring, Ky., August 28, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) Today, Ford Motor Company announced that it will donate more than a million masks to DAV (American Disabled Veterans) to help the organization’s project and protect our country’s veterans from the foregoing. COVID-19 pandemic.
The masks, which were produced through Ford, will be distributed to DAV service offices where veterans obtain social assistance, VA medical centers, and the organization’s headquarters to protect veterans, their caregivers, volunteers, and staff who run toward the men and women they have worked on.

Ford for American veterans dates back to 1922, when Henry Ford organized a T 50 cross-country caravan to take disabled veterans to the time of the National Convention of American Disabled Veterans in San Francisco. The company is the exclusive spouse of DAV’s transportation network and has donated 3,678 cars to the program since its inception in 1987.
