The surveillance video captured a gold-compatible vehicle from Ryan’s Lexus directly outside the apartment complex where Kamdyn discovered just minutes before the boy discovered it, FBI agent Samuel Band said in a federal court filing in Miami on Monday.

He accuses Ryan of lying to investigators about his interactions with Cavett on the date of his disappearance.

The complaint quotes him by telling police that he had known Cavett for over a year and that she would come to Florida to sell his van for $3,000.

The complaint alleges that Ryan informed police that at the time he was with Cavett and the boy at a Hollywood gas station and that she and her son had gone into a dark sedan “with several unknown black men.” He said it the last time he saw her.

“Video surveillance didn’t show Ryan’s car in the pumps where he described it, nor did it show [Cavett] going in a dark sedan,” Band says.

The organization says Ryan’s phone was tested and showed Google searches on July 26 for “What Ad Junk Collection Day for Hollywood, Florida?” And “Do bleach and alcohol produce chloroform?”

“According to the National Institute of Health, chloroform is used to neutralize a victim by knocking them unconscious,” the complaint states.

Ryan claims to be a sorcerer, non-secular counselor, instructor and CEO on his Facebook page.

On August 9, he posted a video stating that he was the last user to see Cavett, but denied being concerned about his disappearance.

“Why do you have a missing woman, and the last user who saw her, which is me, who talked to the police, you didn’t hear anything from me?” says Ryan in the video.
