First video of the 2021 Nissan Rogue: it looks so smart (but let’s wait for it to take place)

By Mike Hanley

The redesigned Nissan Rogue 2021 is a new product for the Japanese automaker. It is Nissan’s best-selling style and competes with the popular elegance of the compact SUV that includes the Toyota RAV4, Honda CR-V and Hyundai Tucson. This is our first chance to see you in person, so let’s take a closer look.

The Rogue 2021 maintains the overall design of its predecessor, but its stylus elements are bolder. Nissan’s iconic V-Motion grille is larger and the entire front looks more vertical and straight. The Rogue 2021 has also followed the slim, reduced design of the top front lighting that has become sleek lately, and all trim grades have LED headlights. Dimensionally, the new Rogue is shorter and decreasing than its predecessor, but its wheelbase has not changed. The diversity of alloy length wheels from 17 inches to 19 inches in the style we looked at, and the Rogue should be had with a two-tone exterior for the first time. Moving backwards, the SUV still has horizontal taillights, but they have a flatter design that highlights the width of the vehicle.

The interior has undergone a transformation that reflects the developmental importance of the onboard generation since the last redesign of the Rogue in 2014. The largest board touchscreen you can get on the outgoing Rogue measures 7 inches, but the 2021 style offers a 9-inch touchscreen with connectivity from Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphones. Other technological touches come with a 12.3-inch virtual dashboard, a high-color header screen and wireless charging.

The Rogue can accommodate five other people in two rows and the back seat tilts. There is enough area in the back for larger adults thanks to a decent loose height. Rear seat reduction increases load capacity from 39.3 cubic feet to 74.1 cubic feet, and practical features of the optional rear seat come with air conditioning controls and look windows.
