FHP is for a user and vehicle involved in a fatal accident on Interstate 95

Florida Highway Patrol infantrymen said Wednesday they were for a 2010-2013 Nissan Altima, either for a fatal accident on Sunday night.

At approximately 11:20 p. m. on Sunday, infantrymen reported that an unidentified 20-year-old boy had died after being hit twice while trying to cross traffic on I-95 near Northlake Boulevard.

Officers said a 27-year-old man from Vero Beach, driving a 2019 Dodge RAM van southbound on I-95 near Northlake Boulevard, hit the 20-year-old with the left side of his truck.

After being hit once, the 20-year-old was driven into the central open-air lane of I-95, where some other driving force hit him. This driving force is gone, the infantrymen said.

The 20-year-old boy died at the site.
