Washington, D. C. – A tragic twist of fate on a motorcycle claimed the life of a Maryland man in Northeast Washington. On Thursday, June 27, at 9:41 a. m. , Marvin Anthony Williams, 33, of Fairmount Heights, was riding a Honda motorcycle northwestbound. in the 500 block of Eastern Avenue when the accident occurred.
Williams attempted to pass a Honda Civic on the right, crashed into the vehicle’s rearview mirror and then lost his motorcycle. The loss caused him to be thrown from the motorcycle and collide with a parked car. Despite life-saving efforts at a local hospital, Williams was pronounced dead.
The driver of the Civic remained at the scene and cooperated fully with the MPD’s ongoing investigation.

NEW YORK, NY – A harrowing attack occurred aboard a Brooklyn-bound exercise “N” on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at approximately 12:30 p. m. A 15-year-old woman attacked through an unknown user who verbally threatened her and forcibly kissed her.
Then, the culprit assaulted the victim by hitting her blouse with his hands and touching her inappropriately. After the attack, the individual fled to an exercise bound for Manhattan. The victim was treated at the scene and released shortly after.
The NYPD is actively searching for a male suspect described as in his mid-50s, with a gentle complexion and a burly build. He is bald, has no facial hair and was last seen dressed in a pink polo blouse with white stripes and black pants. Police are urging anyone with information to come forward to help bring the attacker to justice.
PHILADELPHIA, PA — A serious twist of fate occurred at 5800 Chew Avenue in the 14th District, where a 26-year-old woman was seriously injured. The incident occurred at 4:33 p. m. when the victim ran into a blue Cadillac while crossing the street.
After the collision, the driver of the Cadillac fled the scene. Emergency facilities responded temporarily and Medic 18 transported the injured woman to Einstein Hospital, where she was reported in critical condition. Authorities later located the vehicle in collision at 5600 Sprague Street. The driver of the Cadillac was arrested. The investigation continues as police continue with cases related to the incident.
NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s collaboration to identify a suspect involved in a forcible touching incident. The event occurred on the northbound B Line platform at the 47-50 Street Rockefeller Center subway station around 7:35 a. m. on Friday.
A 16-year-old victim reported that while waiting for the train, a stranger approached him and touched his chest before fleeing the station on foot. The direction the suspect took after leaving the station is unknown. Fortunately, no injuries were reported following the incident.
The NYPD has released media reports describing the individual and urging the public to touch him if they can identify the suspect.
