Twitch streamer Fanum found himself in trouble with the police this weekend.

In a video circulating online, the 26-year-old can be seen being arrested by the New York Police Department on Sunday during the Dominican parade in the Bronx.

In a tense moment, Fanum, born Roberto Gonzalez, was pointed a gun through a police officer who stood in front of his vehicle when he pulled over at an intersection. The officer gestured for the passengers to get out of the car, while Fanum says, “Why did you pull out that gun?”

In a separate video, the Fanum driver is seen handcuffed. Then, a policeman gets into the car, a purple Lamborghini Urus, and starts driving away.

Fanum had livestreamed the show the day before, with its driver driving the parade route.

It is unclear if Motive was charged with the crimes or if Fanum and his other passengers were also arrested. Complex has reached out to the NYPD for comment and this story may be updated.
