Read Motor Group has expanded its network through the acquisition of Burton retailer, TL Darthrough.
A long-time Volkswagen dealership, the most recent initiative will see TL Darby Volkswagen Read Hyundai Burton dealership.
As well as being the ideal position for all things Hyundai in Burton, the dealership will work heavily with Volkswagen to maintain its existing after-sales service for Volkswagen customers, both old and new.
As Volkswagen’s legal repairer, Volkswagen’s own qualified after-sales team will continue to supply and technically inspect all Volkswagen, Seat, Skoda and Cupra cars on site, as always.
Read Motor Group has grown from a single Hyundai site in 2010 to 10 locations in the North and Midlands region. It’s a family-owned business, with owner Mike Read still at the helm of the company.
T. L. Darby has been a recognizable brand and family business on the domain for over 50 years and as such, owner Richard Darby is keen to hand over the reins to another family business owner.
