The official deyet of the 2021 BMW M4 will take position in September, however BMW gives us a revealing review of the road car and the M4 GTE race car before the world premiere. Not only do we see the giant grille in all its glory, but we also see the two M4s sitting next to each other on a race track.

Horizontal slats such as those shown in those M4 images are consistent with the leaks shown in the past. There is no longer any bulky coating or sensitive camouflage to see through. Basically, we looked at the M4 as it looks, after someone rolled out a wild envelope for a road rally, with stickers and BMW “M Power” banners everywhere. Thestone hood and competitive bumper design are fully visible. Its competitive-looking skirts, wide rear hips and four-pointed exhaust are all gently visible. It looks like a finished car, and BMW is almost done with it. All that remains to be done (according to BMW) are some “last extensive tests”.

It’s really attractive to see the M4 road covered next to the race car. BMW advanced and painted the grill red on this live terrace, and it’s just us, but the giant grille works much better on the driver. The need for such a large opening could help, however, the total width of the front finish does wonders for the proportions of the grille. Seeing the grill of the same length in the road car gives the impression that it is displaced and abnormally large. The height of the M4 GTE is also lower than that of the road car, giving it a snuggled look on the road compared to the front of the top car and directly production. From the nose to the stretched headlights and the design of the trunk lid, the percentage of two a series of flavor elements.

In case you’re wondering how the next M4 and M3 will work, you’ve already done so, you can check out our first prototype here. This specific photo shoot took place at the Red Bull Ring before this weekend’s MotoGP race, where the winner will get a new M4 coupe.
