AUSTIN, TX – A man died early Sunday after they shot the air at a luxury bowling alley in North Austin, police confirmed.
The incident occurred shortly after 1:30 a.m. at 500 W. Canyon Ridge Dr. in the PINSTACK bowling lot. The appellants alerted police to a bullet victim in the driver’s seat of a Honda. Later, police met the shooting victim trevon Jaquis Mize-Ellison, 20, who was pronounced dead just before 5:15 a.m. at Dell Seton Medical Center.
During their investigation, detectives learned that members of a biker club gathered in the parking lot. At the meeting that morning, a riot broke out that resulted in an exchange of gunfire, police said in a warning. The shooting involved others in a silver Corvette, a red Cadillac sedan and a black sedan, all of whom fled the scene after the shooting.

PINSTACK announced the opening of the 50,000-square-foot entertainment venue on February 19. Subsequently, closed due to the coronavirus, the site subsequently reopened to a limited occupation, according to a notice sent to Patch at the time. Officials described the site as “… Frontline,” high-end bowling and active entertainment destination “with bowling alleys, bumper cars, a laser tag sand and a six-lane wall climbing with LED lighting. The huge game room, officials added, includes the newest video games, arcade classics and real virtual technology. Plans include a giant foosball on site.
In addition to entertainment, managers pointed to the culinary offerings of a “chef-inspired restaurant,” serving trendy American classics such as Whole Hog Pizza, PINSTACK Signature Burger, Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and Mac’s Cheese Pops, as vegetarian dishes. Easy-to-use features like The Beyond Meat Burger. PINSTACK also offers full-service bars offering a long list of cocktails, wine and local beer in the Variety of Real Ale, Hops-Grain and Revolver, officials added.
