They say the absence makes the center more affectionate and for former AFL player Daniel Gorringe, that feeling sounds true.
Gorringe made the leap into Big Brother space after being driven through his girlfriend, Ana Cannon.

Upon entering the house, Gorringe told host Sonia Kruger that he was single, but at the beginning of the show, he confessed his emotions to his spouse outside.
“Anne, the one I was looking for in my life and didn’t need anything else,” Gorringe said.
“When I came out of the experiment, I didn’t know if she was on the same wavelength as me, if she was looking for the same thing.”
The 26 players of the Gold Coast Suns and Carlton detailed the rocky path they had traveled in a movement in the Big Brother newspaper room.
“I miss my friend Anne, ” said Daniel.
“When I get out of here, I can go back to his arms and to him how much I love him.
“We broke up because I wasn’t mature enough. She was telling me to take the opportunity and I didn’t know.”
“The last thing he did at the end of the appointment pushed me to do it, and we took a little break there.”
“We restructured things and everything went well, but never anything official.”
Of course, Gorringe was not there if Anne felt the same as after she entered the house, but fortunately the two rekindled their spark after they were allowed to face time.
Cannon has traveled the entire emotional adventure of Gorringe’s time locked up in Big Brother’s house.
“What a crazy career it was … I’m so proud of you, Daniel Gorringe,” Cannon on Tuesday night.
“The peaks were high and the casualties were low, yet you were hilarious, brabing from day one.
“No matter what happens tomorrow, you’re number one for me.
“Thank you big brother for giving me my boyfriend.”
