OSHKOSH (NBC 26) – The Winnebago County Department of Health says there has been a 3- to four-hour wait at COVID-19 control at sunnyview Expo Center lately.
People are asked to be patient and plan accordingly if they go to the control site. The staff is running as successfully as you can imagine through the large number of cars that line up, according to fitness officials.
