VENTEC LIFE SYSTEMS ACCELERATES FAN PRODUCTION BY SUPPORTING LIFE WITH ARUBA
Author of the first and only multifunctional fan uses Aruba’s responses to help produce 30,000 extensive care enthusiasts for the COVID-19 pandemic
Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE) corporate company, today announced that Ventec Life Systems, a manufacturer of VOCSN, the first and only multifunctional fan, is using a network founded on ESP Aruba, including Aruba (AP) issues, switches, and control. Aruba Central, to help drive the manufacturing and delivery of its major enthusiasts to hospitals and health care services across the United States.
In reaction to the COVID-19 pandemic, Ventec is committed to providing 30,000 of its VOCSN portable extensive care enthusiasts to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. For national strategic actions. This represents an increase in production from an earlier average of around 150 games consistent with the month to more than 10,000 consistent with the month. To this end, Ventec has deployed a network based on Aruba ESP (Edge Services Platform), an on-premises cloud platform that frequently analyzes knowledge in all areas, at its headquarters and production services in Bothell, Washington, to force a more cellular workforce. In addition, Aruba’s network allows for greater collaboration with Ventec production groups in Kokomo, Indiana, where it has partnered with General Motors (GM) to use the Kokomo GM plant to meet its commitment from 30,000 extensive care enthusiasts to the federal government.
According to Jacob Omlid, data director at Ventec Life Systems, Aruba’s infrastructure translates into improved productivity and efficiency, as well as quality innovations, all of which ensure that more critical care enthusiasts can get to the front faster. Training
“We are a relatively small company that now works in 3 time zones, with multiple groups in a dynamic and conversion environment,” Omlid explained. “Communication and collaboration between these groups is essential to ensure the good luck of increasing the manufacturing of our extensive care fans. Therefore, it was important to evolve our network to meet those needs. Wireless, switching and control response services have allowed us to expand our capacity, make certain communications elegant and reliable, and integrate redundancy so that our groups can operate at optimal levels.”
Ventec uses Aruba’s instant access issues on its Bothell site and has installed Aruba’s outer edge switches with Aruba Central for network paint control and data. Access issues ensure that every square inch of Ventec’s Bothell site has a wireless policy, which is essential for connecting your multiple departments, adding production and quality assurance. Wireless policy has made Ventec’s paint force completely cellular. Using a combination of their cellular devices and programs such as Skype, Teams and Zoom for collaboration and video conferencing, and a variety of production programs for quality control, ERP and stock tracking, painters can paint from anywhere in Ventec’s facilities. Ventec also relies on networked paints for its production line, with stressed IoT devices that communicate and channel data to a central database of the production process.
Omlid noted that Aruba switches provided vetec with the redundancy needed for network downtime, which in the past lacked, and allowed for really significant increases in network performance. Perhaps more importantly, Aruba Central has provided IT with a dashboard that simplifies the configuration and control of all network access issues and switches with easy-to-use models. It also provides valuable data about activity as well as alerts in case of a problem.
Omlid concluded: “Before, we had a flat network that wasn’t scalable or redundant, and our workers were mis-reported with wireless technology, which was abnormal and unreliable. With Aruba’s network, we see a difference day and night, and in the End it strengthens our company’s ability to meet the commitments we have made to provide more attention to fans, faster, to help combat the current fitness crisis.”
