McLaren Construction Group has been chosen as prime contractor to deliver the 1. 1 m² first phase of Konect 62 in North Yorkshire.

The site is adjacent to the M62 and A1(M) and will be the only national distribution park in the country. It will offer trimodal connectivity with the UK and continental Europe by road, water or rail.
McLaren is expected to be ready next month and the finishing touches begin in the third quarter of next year.
Three sets of 161,000, 151,000 and 55,000 feet will be built along “Big K” in the first phase.
