CATSKILL: A fatal twist of fate between an SUV and a motorcycle is being investigated in Catskill.
It happened around the afternoon. on Friday. on National Route 32.
State police said a 2015 Mercedes SUV driven through Vilma Lawson turned left on State Route 32 toward Game Farm Road.
He turned in front of an oncoming motorcycle.
David Valk, 25, shot off the motorcycle when he hit the front passenger side of the SUV.
Valk died at the scene.
It is still known if there are charges.
